March 22nd was World Water Day 2023 has come and gone, like a candle in the wind. Who that was not aware, became aware? You perhaps?
What becomes clear is the large differences in death rates between countries: rates are high in lower-income countries, particularly across Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Rates here are often greater than 50 deaths per 100,000 – in the Central African Republic and Chad this was over 100 per 100,000.

Please share the stats. YOU ARE the change the world needs to be better. Every year 3,575,000 million (3.5+ million) people die from water related diseases. Most of those who die from water related diseases are children (2.2 million). These statistics are real, and many people are not aware of the growing population globally and shortage of drinkable water.
